It is our intent to make this site more than a place to find positions. We hope it can add value to your job search by providing tips on creating the resume that gets you noticed, preparing for the interview, interviewing and how to handle yourself during and after the interview. PSG works with many of the top manufacturing companies throughout northern Indiana, northwest Ohio and southern lower Michigan. Your desires are very important to any employment equation. Please let us know your desire of whether you want to be directly placed, willing to be a Contractor for a period of time or would be willing to work on a Contract-to-Direct Placement basis, or all of the above, when you apply. Usually, the client will select which staffing solution which is most appropriate for them based on their needs at that time. We try to fill that position with the best qualified person that wants that type of employment situation. However, this doesn’t mean that client wouldn’t change their initial solution based upon the candidate presenting the best qualifications and their needs. Also, we have seen the positions go from Contracting to Contract-to-Direct because the Contractor has fit so well into the organization that they have become like “family” and the organization does want them to leave.
